Order Processing Time:
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time
- U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days depending on the fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that factors beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays.
Tracking Information:
We provide tracking for every order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details. For assistance tracking your order, please visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please email us at support@clairis.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Incorrect Address:
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. We can update the address within 24 hours of order placement. Once your order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Delivery Attempts:
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
